Chairman  Mr Allan Smerdon

Mr Smerdon completed his discipline as an electrical mechanic in Brisbane during the 1970's. After engagements with Energex (formally SEQEB) Mr Smerdon left the electrical industry and took up management roles on the family produce plantations. Mr Smerdon has served as Chairman of United Fruit Growers Cooperative, as a Director of Natures Fruit Company and a Director of Golden Circle. Mr Smerdon brings to the board, a wealth of experience.

Cheif Executive Officer Micheal P Nugent

Mr Nugent holds office and active roles with several private and public companies in the United States of America and Australia, including as the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Roadships Holdings Inc. a public listed Delaware company. He is President and CEO of Fire From Ice, Inc. a Nevada public company. He is CEO of Nugent Engine Technologies Inc. a Florida public company. Mr Nugent completed his discipline as a Diesel Fitter in 1983 with Cummins Diesel Sales and Service. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, New York Maritime, Marine Highways Cooperative, The Coastwise Coalition and the Advertising Federation of Australia.                    

Chief Operations Officer   Les Tucker  

Mr Tucker (Les), a legend in the Australian transport industry, has been instrumental in the start up, reorganisation and growth of a number of Australian transport companies.   

Director Bob McClelland

Mr McClelland (Bob), is a director of several private and public companies in Australia and the United States. He spent 27 years in the automotive industry as well as operating trucking businesses in the 1980's and 2000's. 

Director Robert Smith

Mr Smith, a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, USA has 20 plus cumulative years of management experience; 16 years at executive-level management; 12 plus years [hands on] building start-ups and emerging companies; 10 years experience as a business development consultant. He holds extensive experience and success in strategic planning, management and capital acquisition. Mr Smith is a Director and Corporate Secretary of Roadships Holdings Inc. RDSH.                

Director/Secretary Patrick Greene

Mr Greene (Pat) completed his discipline in the automotive and marine industries in the late 80's and went on to instruct students at the Technical and Further Education College during the 90's. Mr Greene was a fully qualified member of the Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers (Australia) for 15 years.
